摘要
以机械工程综合设计与综合实训课程为突破口,依据机械行业对高职专业人才的能力要求,采用基于工作过程的课改思路对机械制造与自动化专业的专业课程进行了改革。以企业所需的机械制造工艺规程编制及夹具设计的综合设计能力为核心,以综合实训课程为技术载体,将理论知识、课程设计及金工实习三部分内容有机整合起来,采用基于工作过程的课改思路,从教学内容、教学手段、课程的成绩评价等方面进行了课程改革与实践,并取得了较好的实效。
Having the mechanical engineering integrated design and training course as a breakthrough, based on machinery industrial ability requirements of professional talents in vocational education, this paper reforms the professional courses of the mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty based on work process. Having the comprehensive design ability of machinery manufacturing process planning and fixture design as the core, comprehensive practical training course as the technology carrier, this paper integrates theoretical knowledge, course design and metalworking practice, and based on work process, reforms the course from the perspectives of teaching content, teaching means and course evaluation and practices it, and has achieved fairly good results.
