摘要
以广州番禺职业技术学院商务日语专业的人才培养为个案,首先对历届毕业生以及用人单位做人才培养质量反馈的问卷调查,掌握顾客对专业人才培养质量的需求及期望值,并采用SWOT工具分析专业人才培养的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,最后结合质量管理的PDCA循环提出人才培养质量提升的对策。
Taking Business Japanese majors of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic as a case, this paper has conducted a questionnaire on the feedbacks from quality of graduates and their employers so as to get the customers’ needs and expectations of talents qualifications. SWOT tool has been applied to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of talents’ training of Business Japanese majors. Finally countermeasures to enhance the talents’ training quality are proposed under the PDCA cycle theory of quality management.
