血管性痴呆有关因素的临床分析

Clinical analysis of correlated factors in vascular dementia

目的 分析影响血管性痴呆 (VD)发生的有关因素。方法 对 12 1例经头颅CT确诊的脑血管病人进行血管性痴呆 (VD)有关因素分析。其中脑梗死 87例 ,脑出血 3 2例 ,混和性中风 2例。经痴呆量表检查诊断为VD者 3 1例 (2 5 61% )。结果 VD随年龄增长而增加。VD发生在脑梗死和脑出血中 ,两组间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。脑血管疾病患病次数与VD呈正相关 (P <0 0 1)。

Objective To analize factors influenced the occurrence of vascular demenia(VD).Methods A clinical analysis of correlated factors in vascular dementia has been made among 121 patients with cerebrovascular disease which were confirmed by CT examinations.Of the pationts,87 cases with cerebral infarction,32 cases with cerebral hemorrhage and 2 cases with mixed apoplexy.Upon the diagnosis of dementia scale examination,31 patients had dementia(25.61%).Results The incidence of VD did increase with age.VD could occur either in patients with cerebral infarction or in those with cerebral hemorrhage,but there was no significant differenc between the two conditions(P>0.05).The frequency of the attacks of cerebrovasular diseases was positively correlated to the occurence of VD(P<0.01).Conclusion It is very important that the prevention and treatmrnt of cerebrovascular diseases could prevent the occurrence of the vascular dementia.
