国家与社会二元逻辑下的社会整合研究

The Social Integration of State and Society under the Binary Logic

完全依靠强大的国家力量进行整合,已经很难适应现代多元社会的发展。社会整合实际上包含着国家与社会的二元逻辑,国家承担的是系统整合的任务,而社会则承担生活世界整合的使命。国家整合在于提供公正的制度环境,引导主流的意识形态和崇尚宽容的社会文化。而社会整合在于汇集道德力量、营造契约精神和培养公民理性。国家整合力量与社会整合力量作为同时发生作用的两大因素,自身存在分工基础上形成一种合作的元整合要求。元整合的逻辑前提在于和谐秩序的共同追求,这种合作需要配置制度性条件并且存在三种可能风险,风险的最终规避依赖于基于公平正义的国家理性。

It is difficult to adapt to the development of modern society that the pluralistic society completely relies on the strong state power to integrate. Social integration actually contains the binary logic of the state and society,the state bears the task of system integration,and the society undertakes the integration of life. National integration is to provide a just system environment,guide the mainstream ideology and advocate tolerant social culture. While social integration is to collect moral power,create contract spirit and cultivate civic reason. As two factors occur simultaneously,national integration forces and social integration forces have a kind of cooperative meta-integration requirements formed on the basis of division. The logical premise of meta-integration is the common pursuit of harmonious order,such cooperation needs institutional conditions and there are three possible risks,the ultimately avoidance of risks depends on the national reason based on fairness and justice.
