安徽省某镇中老年农民对2型糖尿病认知状况的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the knowledge and attitude of type 2 diabetes mellitus among the rural middle aged and elderly peasants in Anhui province

目的 了解中老年农民对糖尿病的认知情况以及认知程度。方法 采用横断面流行病学研究方法。结果 农民对糖尿病的认知率仅为 3 1 8% ,对糖尿病相关知识的认知程度更低 ,文化程度影响农民对糖尿病的认知率和认知程度。结论 提高农民的文化素质 ,加强对糖尿病知识的宣传 。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of type 2 DM among the rural middle aged and elderly peasants.Methods Using cross sectional study.Results The rate of knowledge and attitude of type 2 DM is 31.8%,and the relative knowledge of type 2 DM was lower. The education affected the rate of the knowledge and the knowledge degree.Conclusion The self-care consciousness of peasants can be effectively promoted if their cultural quality increases and education programs on diabetes are developed.
