Pigment /reactive dyeing for denim garment with old imitation effect

牛仔成衣的仿旧染色方法,即涂料染色-酵素洗褪毛、褪色-再套染活性染料。在涂料染色前,牛仔成衣先接枝改性,以有利于吸附涂料;再在水浴中加入黏合剂,进行交联固色;酵素洗采用酸性纤维素酶,再用活性染料对成衣进行同色套染;最后对成衣进行柔软整理。

The dyeing process of denim garment with old imitation effect is introduced, including pigment dyeing, enzyme washing for pulling and fading, over dyeing with reactive dyes. Grafting and modification of denim garments prior to pigment dyeing in favor of pigment absorption, and cross-linking fixation with addition of adhesive in water bath, enzyme washing with acidic cellulase, then over dyeing with reactive dye in union color, finally softening are recommeded. The denim garment features rich colors and old imitation.
