摘要
沈阳鼓风机压缩机厂房钢结构工程中,钢管混凝土格构柱具有自重大、体积大且形状不规则以及牛腿和肩梁部位的焊缝密集且焊缝截面积较大等特点,介绍钢管混凝土格构柱定板穿管的胎具组装工艺和CO2气体保护焊单面焊双面成型焊接工艺以及焊接反变形、刚性固定、预留焊接收缩量等混凝土焊接变形控制技术,解决大型钢管混凝土格构柱吊运组装困难、部件连接精度不易控制以及焊接变形量大等难题,取得了良好的效果。
The concrete filled steel tube columns of Shengu compression engine experimental workshop have some characteristics, such as large quality and volume, irregular shape, and dense and heavy of sectional area of welded seams. The assemble technology of the special mould of the CFST columns and use the one-sided welding forming welding technology are introduced, other technologies of welding reverse deformation, rigid fixing, reserved welding shrinkage and so on also are introduced. Some problems such as assembly process and big welding deformation of concrete filled steel tube columns, difficulty to control of connection precision are solved which have good effect.
