大学生个性特征及其与心理健康状况关系的研究

A study on personality characteristics and the relation with mental health in college students

目的 探索大学生个性分布特点及其与心理健康状况的关系。 方法 随机整群抽取南京市不同专业的3所高校共 3 382名大学生 ,作EPQ、SCL -90量表测量。 结果 ①性格分布不受性别影响。②城市学生比农村学生性格外向 (6 4.81% ) ,农村学生N型性格较多 (2 6 .32 % )。③经济类学生N型性格突出 (2 7.6 8% ) ,工科学生外向型性格突出(6 4.91% ) ,医科学生内向型性格突出 (2 1.98% )。④个性不稳定的人容易出现心理问题 (70 .45 % ) ,个性稳定的人不容易出现心理问题 (6 8.40 % )。⑤大学阶段 ,个性尚未完全定型 ,40 %左右的学生还处在变化之中。 结论 大学生性格分布随生源及专业的不同而不同 ;个性不稳定的学生容易出现心理问题 ;大学生个性尚处于变化之中。

Objective To explore the personality characteristics of college students and their relation with mental health.[WT5”HZ]Methods A EPQ,SCL-90 research has been made on 3 382 students of different majors who come from 3 colleges.Results ①The distribution of personality isn't influenced by sex.②The students who come from cities are more in extraversion(64.81%).Those who come from countryside are more in neuroticism(26.32%).③Economic students in neuroticism(27.26%),engineering students in extraversion(64.91%),and medical students in introversion are more than other subject students.④The students whose personality unsteady more easily get psychological disorder (70.45%) . On the contrary, those whose personality steady don't easily get psychological disorder (68.40%).⑤In the period of college,personality hasn't formed finally.Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The college student's personality is different with where they comefrom and their specialities.The students whose personality unsteady more easily get psychological disorder.College students' personality is in changing.
