负压封闭引流技术在168例难愈合创面的应用及护理 被引量:8

摘要 创面愈合本身就是一个复杂的生物学过程,受多种细胞因子的调节。临床上难愈合创面是指烧伤、创伤、糖尿病、慢性溃疡等多种因素引起的创面迁延不愈,给患者带来难以忍受的痛苦,其治疗与护理十分棘手。近年来负压引流(vacuumsealingdrainage,VSD)技术开始应用于难愈合创面的治疗,在多方面取得了良好的效果,是难愈合创面治疗的理想选择。
