摘要
介绍了煤焦油低温萃取中试间歇试验工艺,工艺运行中存在煤焦油处理量低、能耗高等问题。经过工艺研究改造,通过增加部分设备,改变工艺流程,实现了连续试验工艺运行。对连续试验的优势分析表明,煤焦油低温萃取连续试验工艺优于间歇试验工艺,煤焦油处理能力大,能耗降低,并分离出软沥青产品,更有利于放大进行规模化生产。
The intermittent pilot plant test process of low-temperature coal tar extraction was introduced. During the test interim, some problems occurred, e.g. low processing capacity of coal tar and high energy consumption. After adding some equipment and improving the process flow continuous test was realized. Analysis result showed that for low-temperature coal tar extraction, continuous test was better than intermittent one, as the former could achieve high processing capacity of coal tar and less energy consumption, additionally, soft pitch as a new product was obtained, which was more conducive to scaling up to commercial production.
