煤气脱硫系统技术改造方案探讨

Revamping the Desulphurization Technology of Coal Gas

为达国家环保政策要求,山西焦化集团有限公司提出对3套脱硫系统(分别采用AS脱硫工艺、改良ADA法脱硫工艺和真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺)进行改造。从生产工艺及安全性等方面考虑,并结合不同生产装置的不同工艺路线,提出了切合实际的整体改造方案;目前一系统脱硫改造已进入实施阶段,其他系统改造将实行整体规划,分步实施。

In order to meet the national environmental requirements, Shanxi Coking Group Co., Ltd. carried out revamping activities for three desulfurization processes, namely, the AS process, the modified ADA process and the vacuum potassium carbonate process. The necessity of the revamping project was expounded in terms of production process and technological economics. Practical revamping programs were suggested for different plants and different processes
