摘要
本文采用RT -PCR技术对 32例正常女性分泌期子宫内膜LIF基因表达进地了研究 ,结果在 32例女性这一时期子宫内膜组织中均检测到有强烈的LIF基因表达。这提示在人类非妊娠分泌期子宫内膜组织中存在LIF基因表达。LIF在胚泡着床中可能起着十分重要的作用。
Expression of LIF ene in endometria from 32 cases normal women were studied by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.The results showed that the samples of the secretory phase endometria from 32 cases normal women produced a clear electrophoresis band at 527bp on the electropherogeram.It indecated that there is expression of LIF gene during blastocyst implantation in human.LIF might play an important role in implantation.
