高教园区大学生俱乐部篮球联赛的创建与实践——以三亚高教园区为例

Research on the Establishment and Practice of Union College Basketball Association in Higher Education Park ——A Case Study of Higher Education Park in Sanya

针对当前高教园区校园体育竞赛开展不容乐观的现状,采用文献资料法、个案研究法和访谈法,以三亚高教园区大学生俱乐部篮球联赛运作实践为例,从大学生俱乐部篮球联赛组织模式、运行特征以及对园区综合效应的分析,分享了三亚高教园区校园体育竞赛开展的经验。实践证明大学生俱乐部篮球联赛实现了:组织形式的创新——以俱乐部为单位跨校组织联赛;理念的创新——将篮球联赛作为素质教育的载体;人才培养方式的创新——将篮球联赛与人才培养相结合;高校体育赛事产业化的创新——以联赛规模化和品牌化建设获取联赛经费的社会化补偿机制;园区体育文化的创新——挖掘篮球赛事的文化内涵、实现共享的园区体育文化;阳光体育联动发展的创新——创造良好的体育氛围、吸引学生热情参与、带动体育社团发展;体育资源共享模式的创新——优势互补、无偿共享;高校运动队训练模式的创新——俱乐部高强度的训练和比赛促进各校篮球水平的提高。

Based on the current gloomy situation of union college basketball association in higher education park, using the methods of literature review, case study and interview, the higher education park in Sanya was taken as subject, this study analyzed the organization model of union college basketball association in terms of club, the op- erating characteristics and the corresponding effects, shared the experiences on union college basketball association. The practice demonstrated that union college basketball association had achieved many innovations. It innovated on organization of combining colleges by clubs, concept of considering basketball competitions as carriers of education, talent cultivation model of combining union college basketball association, industrialization of college basketball competition based on social compensation mechanism by league of scale and brand construction, culture of exploiting the potentialities and sharing culture, development of happy sports by providing good sports atmosphere for students to develop sports associations, sports free sharing model of complementary advantages, and training model in college teams of improving performance by high-intensity training and competition in club.
