公安边防部队基层思想政治教育接受障碍探析

A Discussion on the Ideological and Political Education Acceptance Obstacle in Grassroots Units of Border-control Forces

接受障碍是当前公安边防部队基层思想政治教育面临的一大困境,其主要表现为虚假接受、情绪抗拒、态度冷淡和信度逆反。究其原因主要是教育理念上存在误区、教育者"阵地"意识不强、教育对象接受目的功利化、教育话语的吸引力不强。要增强基层思想政治教育的效果,就应从树立以人为本的教育理念、增强教育者的"阵地"意识、在联系教育对象实际上求实效以及提升教育话语的吸引力四个方面入手,化解官兵对思想政治教育的接受障碍。

Acceptance obstacle is a major dilemma faced by grassroots units of border - control forces in ideological and political education. There are four forms of it： false acceptance, emotional performance, the indifferent attitude and the reliability of reverse. The causes are the misunderstanding of education idea, the poor consciousness of edu- cation position, the object of the utilitarian purpose of education acceptance and poor education discourse. To en- hance the effect of ideological and political education, a people - centered educational philosophy should be estab- lished to strengthen the sense of the education position, to seek practical results in the educational object and to im- prove the ideological and political education of discourse attraction. Only in this way can resolve the obstacle of ac- ceptance of ideological and political of the officers and soldiers.
