在小型异向双转子试验机组上进行了HDPE物料的挤出试验,经多次试验筛选出合适的加工工艺参数,检测了在此参数下制得粒子的性能参数,将机组整改前后测得的数据进行对比分析,验证了异向双转子机型对HDPE物料的适用性,对大型机组的研制起到了较好的借鉴作用。

After numerous extruding tests for elOPE materials on small anti-rotation dual rotor test unit this paper filters out the appropriate processing parameters, detects the performance parameters of particles in this parameter, the data measured before and after the rectification is analyzed to verify the applicability of the anti-rotation dual rotor models for HDPE materials, and it plays a good reference for the development of large units.
