摘要
目的 :探讨妊娠期母亲被动吸烟对新生儿脐血瘦素水平的影响。方法 :根据妊娠期母亲是否有被动吸烟史 ,将新生儿分成 2组 ,被动吸烟组及对照组各 45例。应用放射免疫分析法 ,测定新生儿脐血瘦素 (leptin)水平。结果 :妊娠期母亲被动吸烟新生儿脐血瘦素水平平均为 5 .41± 2 .72ng/ml,对照组为 6 .45± 2 .49ng/ml。两组比较差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 11)。被动吸烟组每日吸烟的数目与脐血瘦素水平成负相关 (r =- 0 .42 9P <0 .0 0 1)结论 :妊娠期母亲被吸烟可引起新生儿脐血瘦素水平下降 ,下降的程度与每日被动吸烟的数量有关。
To investigate effect of passive maternal smoking during pregnancy in cord blood leptin concentration of newborns.Methods:45 full-term newborns born to passive mother who smoked during pregnancy were compared to 45 fullterm newborns born to parents who were norsmokers.RIA for leptin was performed using cord blood sampls collected immediately after birth.Results:Leptin concentrations in cord blood of full-term(5.41±2.72)ng/ml born to passive smoking mothers were significantly decreased in comparision with leptin concentration in cord blood of newborns to nonsmoking mothers(6.56±2.49)ng/ml P=0.011).There was a significant negative correlation beween leptin concentrations in the cord blood and the number of cigarettes smoked per day(r=-0.429 P<0.001).Conclussion:Our date indicate that passive maternal smoking during pregnancy is associated with decreased leptin concentration in the cord blood of newborns and its magnitude in full-term newborns was directly related to the reported number of cigarettes the mother of the full-term newborns smoked per day .
