摘要 目前卷烟企业生产加工过程缺乏统一的质量过程水平参数评价体系来评判,对生产过程不能全面判断和监控。为此,基于SPC理论,提出了对数据的产品质量管理决策的生产质量控制系统。构建了从车间现场实时质量控制、质量部门数据分析到企业质量决策的三层生产过程质量控制系统,该系统的实施实现了制丝和卷包的全过程质量管理,并为企业提高全面质量分析管理水平提供了数据支撑和决策依据。 At present, Cigarette Enterprises are short of the unique parameter assessment system to judge and monitor the production process quality. Therefore, based on the SPC (Statistic Process Control) theory, the product quality control system is constructed on the product data mining. This system includes from the workshop on-site real-time quality control, quality department data analysis to the upper quality decision of the enterprise which realized the total quality management of the primary processing shop and package shop, and provide data support and basis of decision-making analysis for enterprises to improve the overall quality level of management.
