神经细胞损害机制和保护治疗的若干进展 被引量:29

摘要 神经细胞损伤是卒中、脑外伤、中毒、神经变性等疾病的共同过程。进一步认识神经细胞损伤的机制 ,准确掌握病程的病理生理变化规律 ,制定合理的治疗对策 ,改变传统的给药途径和治疗方式 ,突破血脑屏障的障碍作用 ,选择合适的神经保护剂 ,进行有效的药物干预 ,打破细胞损伤反应的恶性循环 ,挽救受损神经细胞 ,预防继发性神经细胞损伤。
