复合无机盐催化合成己二酸二正辛酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of Dioctyl Adipate Catalyzed by Compound Inorganic Salts

摘要 经复合得到Fe2(SO4)3-K2SO4催化剂,并由己二酸和正辛醇为原料合成己二酸二正辛酯,研究了酯化反应的影响因素.结果表明,该催化剂对酯化反应具有良好的催化活性.合成己二酸二正辛酯的最佳条件是:己二酸的物质的量为0.05mol,醇酸物质的量比为2.2:1,催化剂用量为1.1g,反应温度为85~100℃,带水剂环己烷为10mL,回流分水约1.5h,此时酯化率可达92.2%. Dibutyl adipate was synthesized from adipic acid and n-capryl alcohol with ferric and potassium sulfate as catalyst . The factors influencing the esterification were studied. The result indicated that the catalyst had an excellent catalytic activity to the esterification reaction . The optimized conditions are: n(adipic acid) = 0.05mol, n( n-capryl alcohol) :n( adipic acid) = 2.2:1 (the molar ration), the amount of catalyst = 1.1 g, the catalyst for the reaction temperature 85-100 ℃,10 mL of hexane and the reaction time 1.5 hour. The efficiency of this esterification reaction is 92.2%.
