生物分子膜仿生合成碱式氯化铜晶体

Biomimetic Synthesis of Cu_2( OH)_3Cl Crystals Induced under Biologic Monolayer

摘要 研究了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)Langmuir单层膜对碱式氯化铜晶体的成核和取向生长的调控作用.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对晶体的结构和形貌进行了表征和观察.结果表明,在生物单分子膜诱导作用下,可以获得花生状的碱式氯化铜晶体,且主要沿(110)晶面取向生长.并进一步探讨了生物单层膜在晶体生长上的调控机理. In this paper, the influence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) on the polymorph, morphology and growth orientation of Cu2 (OH)3Cl was studied in the process of the biomineralization. XRD and SEM were used to characterize the polymorph, growth orientation and morphology of the crystal induced by BSA Langmuir film. The results show that the Cu2 (OH) 3 Cl crystal with peanut-like crystal morphology induced under the BSA Lang- muir monolayer mainly grows along the (110) face, which indicates (110) direction is preferable orientation for the growth of Cu2 (OH)3 C1 crystals. All the results suggest that BSA Langmuir monolayer can be used as a tem- plate to induce and regulate the oriented growth of the Cu2(OH)aCI with complex morphologies. Moreover, the induced mechanism of biologicmonolayer to crystal growth is also discussed.
