摘要
以对硝基苯甲醛、吡咯等为原料合成四(4—硝基)苯基卟啉,四(4—硝基)苯基卟啉和金属铜盐在DMF溶液中进行反应,经柱层析、旋转蒸发得到四(4—硝基)苯基卟啉铜(TNPPCu),然后用紫外光谱仪对其纯度进行了鉴定.用电化学方法直接在石墨碳电极上合成了四(4—硝基)苯基卟啉铜,并在氯化钾支持电解质溶液中用循环伏安法对预先化学合成和直接电化学合成的四(4—硝基)苯基卟啉铜固体微粒的电化学行为进行了表征,然后对金属卟啉的形成机理作出了简要的分析.
TNPP was synthesized by using p-nitrobenzaldehyde, pyrrole, etc. and was transformed into TNPP-Cu in the Copper ions solution. TNPP-Cu was characterized by EA, UV/vis. Electrochemical synthesis of the metalloporphyrins with the help of the voltammeter of solid mieroparticles. TNPP-Cu synthesized in different methods was studied by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) in the water solution with KCl as supporting elect rolyte.
