摘要
分析了我国高校实验教学队伍建设的现状,并针对高校实验教学队伍建设存在的一些问题,提出了一些合理化的意见、建议和措施,来加强高校实验教学队伍建设,从而提高实验教学质量,培养出真正的应用型人才.
The article analyzes the current situation of the construction of experiment teaching staff in univer- sity our country, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions, recommendations and measures, to strengthen the construction of experiment teaching staff in colleges and universities, so as to improve the quality of experi- ment teaching and cultivate applied talents.
