摘要
对红钢3号1350m3高炉串罐式无料钟炉顶装备技术特点进行了介绍和分析,依据布料溜槽的实际有效长度,应用高炉布料方程计算出不同料线高炉各段截面的落点角度及补偿值,初步得出高炉料流轨迹,进而确定布料基础矩阵。开炉装料实测及高炉实践效果表明该基础矩阵适应当期不同原燃料条件的生产要求,高炉炉喉煤气流分布合理、高炉稳定顺行。
The No. 3 1 350 m3 blast furnace central feed type bell-less top equipment technical characteristics of Honggang are introduced and analyzed. Based on the actual length of distribution chute, the material equation to calculate the impact angle and the compensation value of blast furnace different material height section, blast furnace burden flow trajectory and material based matrix are determined. The practical application and actual measurement results show that the fundamental matrix meet the requirements of production in different raw fuel conditions, blast furnace throat gas flow distribution is reasonable, the blast furnace production operation is stable.
