摘要
为适应C频段卫星测控通信车载天线机动布站功能,须研制一种轴向尺寸小于1.2m的小型化天馈系统,针对该问题,对关键组件线/圆极化器进行小型化设计。在理论分析极化器原理的基础上,采用在聚四氟乙烯基材上打孔的方法使一种介质实现多种相对介电常数,设计了C频段收、发均覆盖575 MHz带宽的小型化宽带极化器,在56%相对带宽内实现小型化,轴向尺寸缩短至常规极化器的1/3,经HFSS(High Frequency Simulation Software,高频仿真软件)仿真计算,并与同频段常规极化器性能进行分析比较,结果表明:该极化器移相量与匹配性能良好,满足指标与使用要求。
To meet requirements of trailer-borne C-band satellite communication for mobile deployment of spacecraft instrumentation stations, a miniaturized antenna and feed system, the axial dimension of which is less than 1.2 m, is developed. To implement the design, a miniaturized linear/circular polarizer, which is the core part of the feed, is designed. Based on theoretical analysis of the principle of polarizer, one-medium multi-relative permittivity is real- ized by punching Teflon base, and a C-band miniaturized broadband polarizer covering a received/transmit bandwidth of 575 MHz is designed. As a result, miniaturization is achieved within 56 % relative bandwidth and the axial dimen- sion of the polarizer is reduced to 1/3 of a conventional one. HFSS (High Frequency Simulation Software) simula- tion and comparison with the performance of polarizers of same frequency band show that the miniaturized polarizer has excellent phase shift and matching performance and it meets technical specifications and operation requirements.
