摘要
针对唐山国丰钢铁有限公司132 m2烧结机的除尘系统风量不足、除尘管道堵塞、布袋进水糊死、烟尘含大量水蒸汽的问题,分析了配料室内各扬尘点粉尘性质及处理方法。更换了除尘器,优化了除尘工艺流程,对改造前后的布袋除尘与水除尘做了对比,提高了布袋的使用寿命,减少了水循环系统的水耗。介绍了配料室除尘器的选择及其除尘效果。
To solve the problems in dust collecting system of 132 m2 sinter of Guofeng： air quantity not e- nough, pipe blocking, bag being blocked by water going into, a large quantity of vapor in smoke, it is ana- lyzed the dust properties and its treating methods for all dust rising points in proportioning room. The system is reformed ： exchanging the dust collector, optimizing dust collecting process ; it is compared the bag dust re- moval before and after reformation with water dust collecting. And then the utilization life of bag is pro- longed, consumption in water circulation system reduced. It is introduced the selection of dust collector in proportioning room and the dust collecting effect.
