摘要
唐山国丰钢铁有限公司第二炼铁厂针对炉役后期风口小套破损严重、导致频繁休风的问题,分析了风口小套烧损的类型及损坏机理,采取适当提高炉温、加强原燃料的筛分、发展中心气流与控制边缘气流等措施后,风口小套烧损数量明显减少。
To solve the serious damage of tuyere small sleeve and caused frequently delay during the later pe- riod of blast furnace compaign, the type and mechanism of burning damage of the sleeve are analyzed. With measures adopted: appropriately raising furnace temperature, strengthening screening of raw and fuel materi- als, developing central air flow and controlling marginal air flow, the damage obviously reduced.
