摘要
介绍了宣钢转炉干法除尘控制系统存在的问题、工艺优化与控制过程。通过对干法除尘电场控制系统进行改造、增设远程站、增加切换站放散杯阀伺服油路和换向油路切换功能组,实现了除尘管道自动吹扫,降低了设备故障,保证了系统安全稳定运行。
It is introduced the existing problems, process optimization and control procedure of control system of dry dedusting system of converter. By reforming electric field control system, adding remote station, adding a switching function set for servo oil - way and reversing oil - way of blow - off cup valve in switc- hing station, the automatic dedusting pipe purging is realized, the equipment breakdown reduced, safe and steady operation of system is guaranteed.
