西部民族地区美丽乡村建设的实践与对策研究

党的十八大报告将生态文明建设提升到与经济、政治、文化、社会"五位一体"的国家战略高度,并提出了"美丽中国"的新概念。美丽乡村是美丽中国建设的重要组成部分,建设西部民族地区的美丽乡村,对促进西部各民族经济、文化、生态和社会发展与实现伟大复兴的"中国梦"都具有重大意义。加强西部民族地区美丽乡村建设,需要进一步提高认识,加强科学研究和规划,有效保护民族传统文化遗产,拓宽融资渠道,打造"美丽"品牌,建立长效管理机制,借鉴国内外成功实践经验。

The report of 18th Party Congress states the construction of ecological civilization as a national strategy named ＂Five - in - One＂, which is related to politics, economy, culture, society, and put forward the new concept of ＂Beautiful China＂. As an important component of beautiful China construction, the beautiful village construction in the West Minority Areas has a vital sig- nificance to promote the areas＂ economic, cultural, ecological and social development, as well as the realization of the great reju- venation of ＂Chinese Dream＂. To strengthen the beautiful village construction in the West Minority Areas, first, we need to fur- ther raise awareness and improve the scientific research and programming; second, protect traditional culture heritage effectively, and broaden the financing channels ; then, make up its own brand, and build up a long - term effective mechanism for manage- ment and borrowing successful experience at home and abroad.
