An endogenous growth model including financial innovation and technologi- cal progress is constructed in the paper to analyze the influences of the key model parame- ters upon financial innovation, technological progress and the financial intermediary efficien- cy. The outcome shows that financial innovation and technological progress interplay and de- pend on one anther during the progress of steadily propelling economic growth. The financial intermediary efficiency is highly relevant to financial innovation, human resource input frac- tions of financial innovation and technological progress, the aggregate human resource and its growth rate.
