摘要
目的 简化副溶血弧菌等 6种弧菌科常见病原菌的检测程序 ,缩短报告时间 ,提高防治效果。方法 从外环境标本分离筛选 6种特异性噬菌体来诊断其相应病原菌并进行分型。结果 从 140 0份外环境标本分离到 44 0株噬菌体 ,从中筛选出 5 4株分别组成诊断和分型噬菌体组 ,经大量实验室和现场的菌株试用 ,效果良好 ,对各相应病原菌的诊断和分型率达 80 %~ 90 %。结论 应用特异性噬菌体诊断相应病原菌 ,方法简便、快速、廉价实用 ,可节省大量实验材料 ,提高工作效率 ;用于分型是流行病学调查中追索传染源和传播途经的有效手段。
Objective To predigest the detection procedure of 6 species of pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae . Methods Six species of specific bacteriophages were isolated and filtered to identify and type corresponding pathogenic bacteria. Results 440 strains of bacteriophages, among which 54 strains were selected to form the typing bacteriophage groups, were isolated from 1400 environmental specimens. The typing bacteriophage groups could identify and type 80% 90% of bacteria in laboratory or those from environment. Conclusion The application of specific bacteriophages to identify the corresponding pathogenic bacteria is fast, economic and easy to operate, so bacteriophage typing is an effective method in epidemiology investigation.
