摘要
为了研究三亚河入海口海域的叶绿素a含量及其与环境因子关系,对2007-2012年三亚河口枯水期和丰水期的叶绿素a含量、潮汐、海面风、营养盐、化学需氧量(CODMn)等理化因子进行了监测,分析了三亚河口叶绿素a含量与潮汐、风速、营养盐、化学需氧量(CODMn)等理化因子的关系.研究结果表明:2007-2012年三亚河口叶绿素a平均含量为5.67μg/L,其中丰水期平均为7.57μg/L,枯水期平均为3.78μg/L.叶绿素a含量与无机氮(IN)含量呈显著正相关关系(r=0.707,P<0.05,n=14),与无机磷(IP)含量和CODMn含量相关性不显著,水文气象因子中的潮汐、风速对叶绿素a含量的影响不大.
The content of chlorophyll - a in the Sanya Estuary and its relationship with tide, sea surface wind, nutrient, COD were investigated both in dry and wet seasons during 2007 -2013. The averaged content of chlorophyll - a in the Sanya Estuary during 2007 -2013 is 6. 91μg/L (9.02μg/L in wet season and 4.80μg/L in dry season, respectively). The content of chlorophyll - a increased with IN content (r = 0.707, p 〈 0.0001, n = 14). There are no obvious correlations of the content of chlorophyll -a with IP, COD, tide and wind.
