人力资本提升与劳资关系博弈的实证研究——以广东为例

摘要 人力资本,可以认为是特定的行为主体通过教育、培训、劳动力迁移等方式获得的并能够实现价值增值的,依附于个体身上的价值存量的总和.本文的主要目是对人力资本提升与劳资关系的博弈造成的影响进行研究;通过对广东省人力资本、物质资本、劳资博弈建立资本指标体系,同时采用2001-2012年广东省的平均物质资本、人力资本及劳资关系测度的数据建立表格,利用回归分析的方法得出数据说明人力资本提升和收入、劳资关系的改善存在正相关关系,人力资本的提升对薪酬待遇的提高起到了推动作用,进而得出在博弈过程中,劳资双方的关系在人力资本提升过程中向稳定的、合作式的关系在发展. Human capital can be considered to realize the value added, the sum of the value attached to the body of the individual stock - specific actors through education, training, labor migration, etc. The main purpose is to enhance the impact of human capital and labor relations in the game due to conduct research, through the Guangdong Provincial human capital, physical capital, labor Game establish capital index system and using an- nual average physical capital of Guangdong Province from the year 2011 to 2012. Human Capital and Labor Rela- tions measure data were created tables by using regression analysis method derived data on the presence of revenue enhancement and improvement of human capital. The positive correlation between labor relations and en- hance human capital is raised the wages that played a role in promoting further come in the game process, and the relationship between employers and employees in the course of human capital to enhance the stability, the devel- opment of cooperative relationships.
