浅析生态学专业学生创新创业能力培养体系的构建

Training System of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ability of Ecology Specialty

培养适应现代产业发展的生态学专业创新创业型人才是当前我国生态产业发展的关键,也是解决目前我国人才培养大众化与提升学生就业能力之间矛盾的必然选择.本文从培养目标、培养模式、知识结构、教学体系、师资队伍、教学平台、教育氛围等方面论述了生态学专业学生创新创业能力培养体系的构建方案,以期为我国生态产业人才培养和地方性本科院校创新创业人才教育体系制定提供合理建议.

The training of innovative and entrepreneurial talent of ecology specialty adapting to the develop- ment of modern industry is the key to our current eco - industrial development, and it is also the inevitable choice of solving the contradiction between current popularity of personnel training and the employability of students. For providing reasonable suggestion to training the ecological industry talents and developing the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship in local colleges, the training programs were discussed comprehensively, inclu- ding training objectives, training mode, knowledge structure, teaching system, teaching staff, teaching platform and educational atmosphere.
