基于分区域广域继电保护系统的故障识别算法 被引量:14

摘要 随着电网的日趋扩大化与复杂化,基于广域多点信息的广域继电保护系统在向工程实际化转变的过程中越来越受到通信水平的制约。基于广域继电保护系统有限性的思想,对复杂结构的电网进行有序的区域划分,并将故障的识别与保护的动作在各个区域内完成,减小了对通信系统的压力。针对已划分的保护区域,提出了基于故障方向信息比较原理的区域故障识别算法,利用故障时方向元件判别的故障方向,经简单的运算,判断故障的位置。以IEEE10机39节点系统为例,对保护区域进行了划分,并对其中一个保护区域内的故障情况进行了仿真验证,其结果验证了故障识别算法的可行性。 As the grid becomes more magnified and complicated, wide area relaying protection system based on wide area multi-point information is bound increasingly by the communication level in the process of conversion to engineering practice. Based on the thinking of limitedness of wide area relaying protection system, the grid with complex structure is divided orderly, and fault identification and protection action are executed in each region, reducing the pressure of the communication system. By protected area, a regional fault identification algorithm based on fault direction information comparison is proposed. When a fault occured, it can make use of the fault direction information to judge fault position. Protected area is divided in IEEE10-machine 39-bus system, and taking one fault protected area as the example for simulation, the results show the feasibility of the fault identification algorithm.
