竹纤维/羊毛交织物活性染料染色的同色性研究

摘要 为了研究竹纤维/羊毛交织物活性染料染色的同色性能,采用一浴一步法,用4种不同类型的活性染料在相同的染色工艺条件下上染同一种织物,对比分析其染色效果,并进行染色性能实验。结果表明:竹纤维/羊毛交织织物活性染料一浴法染色用硫酸铵作为缓染剂,可以增强竹纤维在染色过程中的竞染能力;加入交联剂可明显增加竹纤维对染料的吸附和上染能力;同时,利用正交试验得出工艺最佳方案是,氯化钠40 g/L,碳酸钠9 g/L,硫酸铵15%(owf),交联剂1.5%(owf)。 The purpose of this issue is to study on union dyeing of bamboo/wool interwoven fabric with reactive dyes. Under the same conditions, we've used one-bath process and four different types of reactive dyes in dyeing, and it analyzed the coloring effect, tested dyeing performance. The results showed: it can enhance the competition of bamboo with ammonium sulfate as a retarding agent in the dyeing process. It also can significantly increase the bamboo's dyeing adsorption and capacity with cross linking. At the same time, using orthogonal experiment we obtained the best solution, that is: sodium chloride 35 g/L, sodium 7 g/L, ammonium sulfate 18% , crosslinking agent 0.5%.
