摘要
研究了羊绒纤维超声波低温染色工艺,与常规染色工艺进行比较,运用扫描电子显微镜对处理前后羊绒纤维的表面形态进行表征。优化的超声波染色工艺为:染料用量2%(owf),ANOKEA质量浓度1~2g/L,pH值3.0~3.5.55℃染色40~50min。结果表明,采用超声波技术可在保证染色效果的同时有效降低染色温度,减少羊绒纤维的强力损伤,降低染色残液的COD值。经过超声波处理的羊绒纤维,其鳞片层表面产生了刻蚀效果,部分鳞片层被剥离。
Ultrasonic low temperature dyeing of cashmere is carried out and dyeing results are compared with those of the traditional dyeing process. The surface morphology of the cashmere fibers before and after treatment is characterized with scanning electron microscope (SEM). The optimum ultrasonic dyeing process is: reactive dye 2% (owl) , ANOKE A 1 -2 g/L, pH value 3.0 ~ 3.5, dyeing at 55 ~C for 40 - 50 min. The results show that the ultrasonic dyeing process can ensure dyeing effects, lower the dyeing temperature efficiently, decrease the loss of fiber strength and reduce the residual COD value. SEM indicates that the surface scale layer on the cashmere fibers are etched and partly stripped after ultrasonic dyeing.
