摘要
介绍PARKER伺服驱动器与圣安德烈针梳机自调匀整的工作原理,分析PARKER伺服系统对针梳机自调匀整系统中的位置和速度控制,并对伺服驱动器的位置模式和速度模式进行比较,说明位置模式适用于自调匀整系统。简述了自调匀整的控制方式,牵伸调节方式,喂入检测系统,计算机控制系统和伺服控制系统的特点。通过分析PARKAER驱动器不同的工作模式与圣安德烈针梳机机械传动部分的设计特点,综合考虑合理的参数设置(增益量的选择和扭矩角的关系),根据生产实践中的实例说明扭矩角的合理选择对条干CV值的影响。
This paper introduced the PARKER servo driver's and Sant'andrea Gillbox Auto-Level work principle, analyzed how the PARKER servo system realize the position and speed control in gillbox auto-level system, and carried on the comparison to the position mode and the speed mode of servo driver, made out that the position mode was suitable for the Auto-Level System, the control mode of Auto- Level. Adjustment mode of drafting,inspection system & the feature of control system by computer & servo driver's. Considering reasonable parameter settings (the choice of Gain and Torque Angle). It analyzed the different working mode of PARKER driver with Sant'andrea Gillbox mechanical transmission part design feature and the effect of the sliver CV by setting of different torque angle.
