Exercise in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis in elderly women

摘要 骨质疏松的发病率逐年升高,影响着中老年女性的生活质量,现已成为世界各国日益关注的公共卫生问题,适当的运动可以减缓随年龄的增长而发生的骨质疏松,且无药物的副作用,本文主要介绍运动对中老年女性骨质疏松的影响及其作用机制,防治骨质疏松的运动类型和推荐运动。 One of the major disease osteoporosis occurring in countries is an increase in the number of people over the age of 60 ,which affecting the quality of life of the elderly women. Appropriate exercise can reduce bone mass loss with growing of age and prevention of osteoporosis in elderly women, at the same time, there is no side effects of pharmacological. Therefore, this study reviewed exercise therapy for osteoporosis and give recommendation what and how exercise could prevention osteoporosis well.
