肺结核患者营养风险状况及其影响因素的研究 被引量:73

The status and influencing factors of nutritional risk in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

摘要 目的描述肺结核患者的营养风险状况,探讨影响肺结核患者营养风险的主要因素。方法采用营养风险筛查(NRS 2002)量表测量116例肺结核患者的营养风险状况,同时收集患者一般资料、临床症状状况、患病时间、合并症状况、睡眠状况、社会支持状况、抑郁水平、疲乏水平等信息,并进行统计分析。结果本组患者营养风险得分为3.03±1.51,NRS 2002评分≥3分的为72.4%,经逐步多元线性回归发现,患者年龄、临床症状状况、患病时间、合并症状况是影响患者营养风险得分的主要因素。结论应当关注肺结核患者的营养风险状况,影响肺结核患者营养风险的主要因素是年龄、临床表现状况、患病时间、合并症状况。 Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of nutritional risk in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Totally 116 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were investigated with Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS 2002). Moreover,the patients' demographic data,clinical symptoms,disease course,other chronic diseases, sleep condition rated by Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),social support rated by Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS), depression rated by Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and fatigue rated by Fatigue Scale 14(FS-14) were collected. Results The score of nutritional risk was 3.03±1.51 and 72.4% of the patients suffered from nutritional risk. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,clinical symptoms,disease course and complicated by other chronic diseases were influencing factors of nutritional risk. Conclusions It is suggested to pay attention to pulmonary tuberculosis patients' nutritional risk as well as its influencing factors such as age,clinical symptoms,disease course and complications.
