小型H型钢全轧程数值模拟及斜轧孔型轧制力模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文运用有限元方法对HW100mm×100mm、HW150mm×150mm两种规格小型H型钢全轧程进行了三维热力耦合数值模拟,介绍了小型H型钢轧制的有限元模型和模拟参数设置。针对模拟结果,详细分析了典型道次轧件的金属流动状况、有效塑性应变和温度变化规律,并对数值模拟结果进行了验证。本文还建立了小型H型钢斜轧孔型的轧制力模型,计算了各道次轧制力解析结果,并将轧制力解析结果、数值模拟结果与轧机实际负荷电流趋势进行了对比,规律性吻合较好。 The 3D thermo-mechanical coupled simulation of whole rolling process for small size H-beam steels (HWl00mm× 10 mm and HWl50mm× 150mm) were accomplished by FEM method.The finite element model and simulation parameters were introduced.Based on simulation results,the metal flow,effective plastic strain and temperature variation law of workpiece for typical passes were analyzed in detail,and simulation results were verified.At the same time,rolling force model for incline rolling groove of small size H-beam was built and analytical results of rolling force were computed.Then,the analytical results,simulation results of rolling force were compared with practical load current trend of roller,and the regularity were in good agreement.
