摘要
针对生产中出现的锌层重量实测值比设定值低、测厚仪计算出的气刀压力值有时比正常值大、锌层重量变化焊缝过气刀时压力设定不正常等问题,对气刀闭环控制系统进行了改进,使全规格锌层厚度在订单值的0^+10%范围内的命中率提高到90%左右,全规格锌层厚度在订单值0^+5%范围内的命中率提高到30%左右,锌锭吨钢消耗下降至25.32kg/t。
Aimed at the problems of the lower measured zinc coating weight than set value,the higher calculated air knife pressure than normal value,and the abnormal air knife set pressure at the time of strip weld seam passing through the air knife,some improvement measures were put into effect.Thus the hit rate of zero to +10% zinc coating weight deviation reached 90%,the hit rate of zero to +5% zinc coating weight deviation reached 30%,and the zinc ingot consumption was down to 25.32kg/t.
