胜痛膏结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect on treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with winning pain cream and traction

目的:观察自制胜痛膏结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:将180例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,治疗组120例采用自制胜痛膏外贴结和腰椎牵引,对照组60例采用单纯手法推拿。治疗3个疗程后观察分析临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率98.33%,对照组76.67%,2组疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:自制胜痛膏结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症有显著疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of winning pain cream with traction for treatment of lumbar disc herniation . Methods：180 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treating 120 patients using pain cream exterior fitting lumbar traction to win , 60 patients in the control group using simple massage .Treatment observation and analysis of efficacy after 3 treatments.Results：The total effective rate was 98.33%in treatment group and 76.67%in control group, comparison of the two groups and treatment groups significantly better than the control group （p＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：The winning pain cream with trac-tion for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc might have a significant effect .
