62例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成导管介入性溶栓的临床治疗分析

Clinical analysis of catheter directed thrombolysis therapy on acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in 62 cases

目的：探讨导管介入性溶栓（ CDT）在治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成（ DVT）的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2010年3月～2013年3月我科收治62例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者，先置入下腔静脉滤器（IVCF），然后经小隐静脉、腘静脉置入溶栓导管，行CDT治疗，观察下肢深静脉通畅率，有无严重出血、肺动脉栓塞（ PE）发生。结果：随访3～24个月，下肢深静脉通畅率为65．2±12．8％，治疗过程中，无严重出血、肺动脉栓塞发生。结论：导管介入性溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成安全有效、效果满意。

Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effect of catheter directed thrombolysis therapy on deep venous thrombosis of lower ex -tremity.Methods：The study involved 62 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity .All patients were treated with catheter directed thrombolysis therapy , in the beginning were inserted with inferior vena cava filter , then the infusion catheter were in-serted successfully by short saphenous vein and popliteal vein .The lower extremity veins patency rate ,pulmonary embolism （ PE） and se-vere hemorrhage were observed .Results：The lower extremity veins patency rate was （65.2 ＆#177;12.8）%, there were no bleeding complica-tions and pulmonary embolism （ PE ）occurred in the 62 patients during 3 -24 months followed up .Conclusion：The catheter directed thrombolysis therapy on acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity should be confirmed to be a safe and effective treatment .
