目的:探讨影响检验分析前标本质量的因素,提高标本送检质量。方法:通过对影响检验标本分析前质量控制的因素分析,找出问题。结果:在检验分析前质量控制中,护士起着至关重要的作用,如果某一环节出现问题,会使检验结果出现偏差。结论:作为护理工作者应该明确自己的工作职责,协调好整个标本分析前各环节因素,确保检验结果的准确性。

Objective：To discuss the factors which affect the specimen before the analysis and improve the quality of the specimen . Methods：To analysis the factors affecting the quality of the specimen before test , we found out the problems .Results：In the quality con-trol in front of analysis , the nurse played a vital role , if a certain part appear problem , could make the inspection results occur windage . Conclusion：The nurse should know clearly the responsibilities and Coordinate the team , to ensure the accuracy of the test results .
