摘要 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征( OSAHS)与眼部疾病的相关性。方法:选择我院2010年11月~2012年11月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征20例作为观察组,同期选择我院体检的正常健康人20例作为对照组,2组都进行眼压检查与眼部超声观察。结果:观察组的眼压大于对照组,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组眼部动脉的PSV与EDV值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组RI值对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征可影响眼部动脉的血流状态,从而对于眼部疾病有一定的影响。 Objective:To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS ) associated with ocular dis-ease .Methods:select the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome 20 cases as the observation group , select the normal healthy people hospital examination 20 cases as control group , two groups were all examined by intraocular pressure and ocular ultrasound .Results:the intraocular pressure of observation group were greater than that of the control group , but no significant difference ( P>0 .05 ) .PSV and EDV in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), the two groups had no significant difference in RI values (P>0.05).Conclusion:obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome can affect the flow state of ocular artery , which has certain effect on oc-ular diseases .
