子痫前期患者血小板参数及凝血指标变化及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究子痫前期患者凝血指标及血小板参数变化规律及其临床意义。方法:选取2010年1月~2012年12月于我院妇产科住院治疗的364例子痫前期患者,其中82例轻度子痫前期患者作为A组和282例重度患者作为B组,26例子痫患者作为C组,同时选取98例正常晚期妊娠妇女作为D组。检测并比较四组患者凝血指标及血小板参数变化情况。结果:子痫前期及子痫患者的PLT均比正常妊娠孕妇降低,且随着病情逐渐加重,PLT数值逐渐下降(P<0.05)。而PDW、MPV均较正常妊娠孕妇明显升高,且随着病情逐渐加重,数值逐渐升高( P<0.05)。子病前期及子痫患者的PT,APTT较正常妊娠孕妇明显缩短,而FIB明显增加,且随着病情加重,差异逐渐增大(P<0.05);而INR与正常妊娠孕妇无统计学差异(P>0.05)。其中,4例病情严重患者APTT、PT显著延长,FIB减少。结论:通过检测子痫前期患者的凝血指标及血小板参数,可进一步了解患者的凝血功能,对于防止血栓和子痫发生有一定的临床意义。
