摘要
针对活性炭吸附罐处理效果不可控、穿透快,无法完全吸附饱和,再生操作繁琐以及运行费用高的缺点,采用高密度加炭沉淀(Actiflo Carb)工艺取代系统中原活性炭吸附罐,对染料生产废水进行深度处理。在进水COD平均为593mg/L的情况下,粉末活性炭的投加量为0.2~0.25kgCOD/kgPAC,出水COD平均为171mg/L。经过近3年的稳定运行,Actiflo Carb深度处理系统的处理效果稳定可控,节省了运营成本。
GAC tanks have some shortcomings: non-controllable treatment ettect, tast oreadthrough, incomplete saturation adsorption, tedious regeneration operation, and high operation cost. For these reasons, the advanced Actiflo Carb system was applied to upgrade the existing GAC tank system for dye production wastewater advanced treatment. After the reconstruction, when the powdered activated carbon (PAC) dosage was 0. 2--0. 25 kgCOD/kgPAC, the effluent COD was reduced from inlet COD concentration of 593 mg/L to 171 mg/L averagely. After three years' stable operation, it was proved that Actiflo Carb advanced treatment system had the ad- vantages of easy operation, stable and controllable performance, and low cost.
