从粮食和营养安全视角看中国水产养殖业发展

The development of aquaculture industry in China from the viewpoint of food and nutrition security

粮食安全的概念在不断演进,联合国粮农组织已经用"粮食和营养安全"来替代"粮食安全"概念,渔业对粮食和营养安全的贡献越来越受到重视,我国为确保粮食和营养安全尤其需要重视发展渔业。从我国目前的粮食与营养安全形势、渔业发展面临的形势看,合理发展水产养殖业有利于保障我国的粮食与营养安全。在渔业产业结构中,我国发展水产养殖业具有比较优势,在部分宜渔土地上发展水产养殖业前景看好。

As the development of the concept of food safety, Food and Agriculture Organization （FA0） has substitute the concept of ＂food safety＂ for ＂food and nutrition safety＂. Fishery, the contribution of which to the food and nutrition safety having become increasingly appealing, is drawing China＇s attention. Seen from the perspectives of current food and nutrition safety conditions, development of fishery and comparative advantage of aquaculture, the rational development of aquaculture is favorable to the food and nutrition safety; moreover, it is even more promising to develop aquaculture on fishery-suitable land.
