摘要
江苏省渔业快速健康发展对社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。论文简述了江苏省渔业发展现状;分析了目前江苏省仍面临渔业资源衰退和生态环境恶化、渔业发展方式转变的内生动力不强、渔业服务相关公共服务体系不健全以及产业发展不均衡等问题,并提出了加强资源与环境保护、促进渔业持续健康发展,增强内生动力、加快技术进步,完善基础设施和预警机制建设和加快发展海水养殖的建议。
The rapid and healthy development of fisheries in Jiangsu Province is important for new socialist countryside construction. This paper outlines the fisheries development status in Jiangsu Province. And the issues fisheries currently encountered are also analyzed, such as declined fishery resources and environmental deterioration, weak endogenous-impetus for transformation of fisheries development pattern, un-sound public service system supporting the development of modern fisheries, and unbalanced industry development, etc.. And based on the analysis, relative suggestions are also put forward, including strengthening the fishery resources conservation and environmental protection, promoting sustainable and healthy fisheries development; enhancing endogenous-driving-impetus and accelerating technological progress; facilitating the construction of infrastructure and precaution systems; and accelerating the development of mariculture industry.
