摘要
随着“山东蓝色经济区发展战略”的实施，海洋经济发展成为山东省区域经济增长主线以及“十二五”规划的重要内容。论文利用《中国海洋统计年鉴》公布的2002～2012年山东省海洋经济和区域经济发展的历史数据，通过定量分析法从静态和动态两个方面实证分析认为：山东海洋经济对山东区域经济影响力巨大，山东省海洋第三产业对山东省海洋经济推动力较第一、第二产业显著。因此在适当调整山东海洋经济产业结构基础上，应促进山东海洋经济可持续发展，真正做到“以海兴市”，“以海兴省”。
With implementation of peninsula ocean economic development strategy in Shandong province, ocean economic development is becoming the main motivating force in pushing economy and an important content in the twelfth five-year plan. Based on the analysis of the development of ocean economy in Shandong province and the data about ocean and regional economic development shown in the 2002-2012 Ocean Statistics Yearbook, and using the method of quantitative analysis from the static and dynamic aspects, we conclude that ocean economic development in Shandong province has a tremendous influence on regional economic development, and the ocean tertiary industry exerts much more impetus to the ocean economy than the first and the second industries do.
